Shah Rukh Khan Trained Ananya Panday And Suhana Khan In Taekwondo

It has been reiterated time and again that there is no match to Shah Rukh Khan when it comes to fatherhood. Not only does he dote on his children, the actor also recently visited the MET Gala because his children wanted him to. Moreover, Shah Rukh has revealed that he likes being present in his children’s lives, so much so, that his 2 am friend was his daughter Suhana Khan when she was studying abroad.

Ananya Panday has shared insights on the Khans quite often. The Pandays have been close to the Khans since ages and Ananya’s childhood has been around Shah Rukh, Gauri Khan and their kids. Ananya recently revealed more about Shah Rukh’s presence in her life. During an interview with Bombay Times, she noted that he has been a hands-on father to his three children. Interestingly, Ananya also remembers learning taekwondo and other sports from King Khan during childhood. She noted, “While growing up, I saw firsthand what an amazing father he is to Aryan, Suhana and AbRam and the way he’s been with all of us. He would train us all for our sports day and taekwondo competitions. He was very, very present in what was happening in our lives.”

Calling the actor one-of-kind, she lauded him for handling his personal and professional endeavours with ease. She also mentioned about his ability to make everybody feel special like “they are the only person in the world.”

During an exclusive interview with Filmfare, Ananya also revealed about an interesting ritual that Shah Rukh maintains with Suhana, Shanaya, Navya and her. She said, “The best parties are the ones that end at Mannat. After we go to places – for example after Manish’s (Malhotra) Diwali part – me, Suhana, Shah Rukh sir, Shanaya and Navya, we went back, sat and ate our burgers and discussed what happened through the night. And sometimes we continue dancing, just the few of us and those are the best parties. The after-after parties.”
