The Operation That Shook Terror Networks
Operation Sindoor was India’s precision strike targeting terror launchpads in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, following a deadly ambush in Jammu and Kashmir’s Baisaran Valley. In that attack, 26 civilians—many of them tourists—were gunned down by militants believed to be linked to the Resistance Front (TRF), an outfit associated with Lashkar-e-Taiba.
India’s three military branches—Army, Navy, and Air Force—joined forces for a coordinated operation. Twenty-four missiles were launched at nine high-value terror locations in what has been widely viewed as a robust message against cross-border extremism.
While the Defence Ministry confirmed successful strikes, Pakistan pushed back with counterclaims of civilian damage and aircraft losses—assertions India has not acknowledged.

The Malayalam megastars aren’t alone. Voices from across Indian cinema echoed a common sentiment of respect and national pride. Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth took to his official X handle to extend his moral support and encouragement to the Indian army and the nation as he wrote, “The fighter’s fight begins… No stopping until the mission is accomplished! Adnan Sami, known for his bold takes, praised the operation while taking a lighthearted jab at Pakistani media. Meanwhile, actors like Kangana Ranaut and Akshay Kumar also extended strong words of support for the military’s swift action.
