WA Startups And Innovators Invited To Join West Tech Fest X SWITCH 2025 Singapore Mission

West Australian founders and innovation leaders are being offered a gateway to one of Asia’s most dynamic startup ecosystems, with expressions of interest now open for the West Tech Fest x SWITCH 2025 Singapore Mission.

The mission will see a Team WA delegation head to Singapore for Singapore Week of Innovation and Technology (SWITCH) — a global conference held from October 29th to 31st, 2025, spotlighting breakthrough innovation across deep tech, health, climate, advanced manufacturing, and digital.

In partnership with the Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation (JTSI) and Spacecubed, the initiative aims to showcase Western Australia’s best emerging talent on an international stage — building cross-border connections, unlocking global opportunities, and embedding WA more deeply into the Asia-Pacific innovation corridor.

What’s on Offer

Successful applicants will receive:

• A fully funded ticket to SWITCH 2025
• Curated meetings with Singaporean investors, accelerators, and founders
• Access to exclusive networking events
• A tailored Team WA experience within Singapore’s innovation ecosystem

While flights and accommodation will be self-funded, all program elements in Singapore will be covered.

For Startup Founders

Ten Western Australian startup or scaleup founders will be selected to attend the mission. Businesses must be WA-registered, and founders should demonstrate how SWITCH participation will accelerate their growth or capital-raising efforts.

Innovation Ecosystem Supporters

A further ten places are reserved for community leaders, investors, and supporters working across innovation, entrepreneurship, regional development, and impact. Spacecubed is especially encouraging applications from diverse voices — including women in innovation, First Nations community leaders, and those working in regional WA.
